The Opportunity
For a specialized organization operating exclusively in the Human Capital Management domain, we are seeking a senior HR Digital Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand to support strategic HR transformation initiatives in complex and structured environments.
The Profile
The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge of HR processes with strong technical and consulting capabilities on the Cornerstone platform, acting as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key competencies include:
In-depth knowledge of the full Cornerstone OnDemand suite and its functional and technical capabilities
Proven experience in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Cornerstone solutions
Ability to analyze business and HR requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions, minimizing custom development
Experience working on medium-to-large, complex HR transformation projects
Strong consulting mindset and ability to interact with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Additional Assets
Familiarity with digital HR transformation frameworks and best practices
Good command of English
Experience in international or multi-country projects

Deep expertise in Totara and/or Moodle, including core functionalities, plugins, themes, versions, and architectural capabilities
Ability to elicit business and learning requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions, limiting custom development to true business needs
Solid, hands-on experience in platform configuration and customization
Several years of experience delivering complex LMS projects
Active participation in, and effective use of, Totara and Moodle professional communities
Additional Assets
Understanding of learning and training processes, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and end users
Good command of English
